What is included in the wedding prep guide?

To secure your wedding or session date, I require a signed contract and a 30% retainer for weddings or 50% for couples sessions. This ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you. Once your retainer is received and your contract is signed, you’re officially booked!

From our first consultation to the final gallery, I’m focused on creating timeless, emotionally rich images that reflect the beauty of your relationship and the essence of your wedding day or couples session.

The number of photos you’ll receive depends on the length of your wedding or session. Typically, for an 8-hour wedding, you can expect around 500-700 images. For portrait sessions, I generally deliver between 50-100 edited images. I focus on quality over quantity, ensuring that each image in your gallery tells a meaningful part of your story.

You can expect your full gallery to be delivered within 6-8 weeks for weddings and 2-4 weeks for sessions. I know how eager you are to see your moments, so I’ll provide sneak peeks within 72 hours, giving you a beautiful glimpse of your day or session while I take the time to carefully edit and curate the full gallery.

I absolutely love to travel! For all weddings, my travel fees are fully included within the package, ensuring a seamless experience. For couple sessions, I cover my travel expenses up to one hour outside of the GTA. For anything beyond that, travel is charged at $0.60 per kilometer. This allows me to cover my time and travel costs, with no surprises - just clear communication and a seamless experience.
